Modeling cognitive impairment disorders with defective chromatin
We contribute human stem cell based models for the investigation of diseases caused by errors in the chromatin structure. These will contribute to decipher the underlying mechanism of chomatin-associated disease within the „Network on cognitive impairment disorders with defective chromatin (CHROMATIN-Net)”.
